Asanas



To gain success in Kundalini Yoga,we have to move from physical to spiritual side.For the physical growth,Asanas is one of the way.With the help of asanas,our physical body becomes stable.We gain the strength to sit for a longer time.Also,increases physical stamina and makes our body healthy and strong.

Basic Asanas

These Include:

  • Joint Movements,
  • Surya Namaskar,
  • Standing and Lying Down Breathing Movements,
  • Basic standing asanas like Tadasana, Padhastasana, Parshvchakrasana,etc..

Advanced Asanas

Is a higher series of Basic Asanas. Once when person gets stable in basic series,we advise him to go for advance asanas. E.g:Shirshasana,Shalabhasana, Mayurasana, Chakrasana,etc..
